Comestare — Investor & Business Document Suite
This folder contains the full set of business, product, and go-to-market documents for Comestare, prepared for fundraising conversations (global, with a dedicated Saudi/GCC track).
How to read this
Start with Doc 00 — Master Overview — the single consolidated document that covers everything (platform, problems, services, efficiency, growth, numbers, competitor study, and an honest success-probability section). Read it alone and you understand the company. Then go deeper: Doc 13 — What We Actually Do is the canonical positioning, the Executive Summary is the one-pager, the Pitch Deck is for meetings, and the Business Plan is for due diligence. The remaining documents back up specific claims.
Positioning in one line: Comestare is the launchpad for AI-built projects — we fix, finish, secure, ship, and market a project (even one built with AI, or just an idea) to its first 1,000 customers, delivered by senior software & security engineers. Marketing is the last step, not the whole product.

Snapshot (set these before sending to investors)
- Company: Comestare — the launchpad for AI-built projects: fix, finish, secure, ship, and market projects (and ideas) to their first 1,000 customers. For "vibe coders," founders, SMEs, and agencies.
- Stage: Platform built and live (comestare.com); pre-launch / waitlist, pre-revenue.
- Team: Solo founder + a vetted network of senior software & security engineers (per-project; in-house hires funded by the raise).
- Model: Hybrid — high-margin expert Services (fix/finish/secure/ship) + managed marketing generate near-term cash and fund a compounding AI-SaaS tools business.
- Raise: Credible milestone-based plan; fundable range presented, amount set in conversation.
- Wedge: Bilingual (English + Arabic-first), product-led free "Marketing Universe" generator as the top-of-funnel lead magnet.
⚠️ Assumptions & placeholders
Every number in the financial and GTM documents is a clearly-labeled model assumption, not a measured result (you are pre-revenue). Replace bracketed […] placeholders (founder name, legal entity, exact ask, any early traction) before sending. The numbers are built to be defensible and conservative, not promotional — investors reward that.
