Ad Campaigns PlaybookعربيPrint / PDF

Comestare — Paid Ads Campaign Playbook (ready to run)

What this is: a complete, ready-to-launch paid-advertising plan — the actual ads (titles, body copy, image briefs, CTAs), who to target, where, the budget, the daily limits, and the exact order to attack the targets in. Built on the audience research in Doc 11 and the Arabic creative kit in Doc 12, re-pointed at the current core positioning.

Scope decision (flag): This playbook leads with the global AI-builder core — the people who built something with AI and are now stuck, insecure, or invisible — because that's the company core and what the whole site/SEO is now optimized for. It runs the KSA SME done-for-you motion as a parallel cash track (Targets 5–6). If you'd rather lead with the KSA SME cash engine, say so and I'll re-order.

Honesty note: every cost/CPL/conversion figure here is a planning estimate, not a measured result. Trust the ordering and structure more than the absolute numbers. The first ~$300–500 of test spend per target replaces these with your real numbers.

0. The strategy in one page

The funnel every ad feeds: all ads drive to one of two free entry points, never straight to a sales page:

  1. Free AI Project Rescue Audit (/audit) — the lead magnet for the core (broken / half-built / insecure / unlaunched projects). Converts to Services (Fix, Complete, Secure, Ship).
  2. Free Marketing Universe generator (/signup) — the lead magnet for growth (live-but-no-users). Converts to SaaS + Ad Studio.

Why this works: we never pay to pitch. We pay to give away something genuinely useful (an audit / a strategy), capture an intent-rich lead, then convert with a human follow-up for high-ticket and self-serve for low-ticket. This is the cheapest possible CAC structure.

The golden rule of spend: Start tiny, kill fast, scale only what pays back in under 60 days. Never scale a target before its test cohort proves CAC < the limits in §7.

Targeting sequence (attack in this order):

Brand for every creative: architect gold #D4AF37 on ink-black #0A0A0A; serif display (Fraunces / Cairo for AR) for headlines, clean sans (Inter / Tajawal) for body. Keep it premium and calm — the audience is technical and allergic to hype. Comestare's own Ad Studio can generate every image brief below; until then they're designer-ready specs.

TARGET 1 — The Stuck Builder (launch first)

Who: Indie hackers, solo founders, and "vibe coders" who built a working-ish app with Lovable / Bolt / v0 / Cursor / Replit and are stuck on the hard 30% — payments, auth, deployment, edge cases. Highest pain, clearest intent, most differentiated offer.

Where (placements):

  • Reddit (cheapest high-intent): r/SaaS, r/indiehackers, r/nocode, r/webdev, r/Entrepreneur.
  • X/Twitter: followers/lookalikes of Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, Replit, Indie Hackers, @levelsio-type build-in-public accounts.
  • Meta (FB/IG): interest + behavior targeting "software development, startup founders, no-code"; retarget site visitors.
  • Google Search (bottom-funnel): exact-match the core queries (also our SEO targets).

Audience targeting spec:

  • Age 22–45, English-speaking (US, UK, CA, AU, EU, GCC English), interests: SaaS, startups, AI coding tools, no-code.
  • Google keywords: finish my AI app, complete half-built app, fix vibe coded app, hire developer to finish app, Lovable/Bolt/v0 app stuck.
  • Exclude: existing customers, current job-seekers ("developer jobs").

Budget & limit: Start $20/day ($600/mo) split Reddit $8 / X $6 / Google $6. Daily cap $20. Kill any ad set with CPL > $15 after 50 clicks; scale any with cost-per-audit < $8 and a booked call.

Strategy (what/why): Pain-first, outcome-clear. Lead magnet = the free audit (24-hr, no card). The audit report itself surfaces the Complete/Full Build upsell. Google captures people already searching; Reddit/X create the demand.

Ad 1A — "Stuck at 80%"

  • Title / headline: Your AI app is 80% done. We finish the other 20%.
  • Primary text / description: You shipped fast with Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor — then hit the wall: Stripe webhooks, auth, deployment, the bugs the AI can't explain. Comestare's senior engineers finish what AI couldn't and ship it to production. Start with a free 24-hour audit — no credit card.
  • CTA: Get my free audit → /audit
  • Image brief: A progress bar at 80% in architect gold on ink-black; the last 20% segment glows with a small wrench/spark icon. Minimal, premium, one line of overlay text. 1:1 and 9:16 versions.

Ad 1B — "It worked in the prompt"

  • Title: "It worked in the prompt — not in production."
  • Primary text: Sound familiar? AI-built apps break exactly where it matters: payments, security, real users. We're the senior engineers who debug it, finish it, and launch it — so your project becomes a product. Free audit in 24 hours.
  • CTA: Rescue my project → /audit
  • Image brief: Split screen — left: a clean "Preview ✓" mockup; right: a red production error toast. Gold divider line down the middle. Caption overlay: "Demo ≠ Production."

Ad 1C — Google Search (responsive)

  • Headlines: Finish Your AI-Built App · Stuck on the Last 30%? · Senior Engineers, Fixed Price · Free 24-Hour Project Audit
  • Descriptions: Built with Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Cursor and stuck? We finish payments, auth & deployment. · Free audit, no card. Fixed-scope Complete & Full Build. Ship in days, not months.
  • Landing: /audit

TARGET 2 — The Security-Anxious Builder

Who: Builders and small founders who've heard AI code ships vulnerabilities and are afraid to launch (or already launched and are nervous about a breach / user data / compliance). High willingness to pay, almost zero ad competition, fear is a strong motivator.

Where: Google Search (high intent), X, Reddit (r/webdev, r/cybersecurity, r/SaaS), LinkedIn (founders of seed startups, "CTO" at <10-person co).

Audience targeting spec:

  • Google keywords: is AI generated code secure, secure AI generated code, security audit for startup app, vibe coded app security, PDPL/GDPR for app.
  • LinkedIn: founders/CTOs, company size 1–10, software/SaaS, regions US/UK/EU/GCC.
  • Interests (Meta/X): cybersecurity, data privacy, SaaS.

Budget & limit: Start $15/day ($450/mo): Google $8 / LinkedIn $4 / X $3. Daily cap $15. Kill if cost-per-audit > $25 after 40 clicks (security leads are pricier but convert to $1.8K–$5.4K audits, so a higher CPL is fine). Scale if a Security Audit closes.

Strategy: Lead with the risk, resolve with the badge. The free audit names the top vulnerabilities → upsell to paid remediation (Security Audit Basic $1,800 / Pro $5,400). End every creative with a "verified-secure" reassurance.

Ad 2A — "AI ships vulnerabilities fast"

  • Title: AI writes code fast — and ships security holes just as fast.
  • Primary text: Exposed API keys. Missing authorization. Anyone can read anyone's data by changing a URL. Most AI-built apps launch with at least one real hole. Get a free security audit — we find the vulnerabilities before an attacker does, then fix them.
  • CTA: Check my app's security → /audit
  • Image brief: A padlock made of code brackets { } in gold, one link broken/red. Dark background. Overlay: "Is your AI-built app safe?" Calm, not alarmist.

Ad 2B — "Before you put real users at risk"

  • Title: Don't launch your AI app until you've checked these 5 things.
  • Primary text: Secrets in client code. No row-level authorization. Unvalidated inputs. No rate limits. Outdated dependencies. Our engineers audit all five and harden your app for PDPL/GDPR — so you launch with a verified-secure badge, not a liability.
  • CTA: Get the free 5-point audit → /audit
  • Image brief: A 5-item checklist on a dark "terminal" card; 4 amber, 1 green-gold checkmark animating. Premium, technical.

TARGET 3 — The Shipped-but-Silent Builder

Who: Founders who launched an AI-built product and have zero traction — no users, no marketing strategy, posting randomly. The classic "build is done, growth is hard" persona. Converts to the generator → Ad Studio / Marketing Sprint.

Where: Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, X. (More top-of-funnel than Targets 1–2.)

Audience targeting spec:

  • Interests: indie hackers, Product Hunt, SaaS, startup founders, side projects.
  • Lookalikes of site visitors + free-tool signups (once you have ~100).
  • Age 24–45, EN-speaking + GCC.

Budget & limit: Start $15/day ($450/mo): Meta $9 / TikTok $4 / X $2. Daily cap $15. Kill if cost-per-signup > $6; scale if free→paid or free→Sprint shows up.

Strategy: Free generator is the hook (paste your URL → see your marketing universe). The output naturally surfaces "want us to run this?" → Ad Studio / Marketing Sprint ($3,200). Use the product's own generated map as the ad creative — the demo is the ad.

Ad 3A — "You built it. Nobody came."

  • Title: You built the product. Now build the growth.
  • Primary text: Great app, zero users? Paste your URL and Comestare generates your whole marketing system — audience, channels, messaging, and a 90-day launch plan — in minutes. Free. Then let our ad autopilot actually run it.
  • CTA: Generate my plan free → /signup
  • Image brief: Screen-recording style still of the interactive "universe map" expanding from a URL bar, gold nodes on black. Overlay: "From URL → full marketing plan in 60s."

Ad 3B — UGC/screen-rec (TikTok/Reels)

  • Title (hook, spoken): "I built an app and got zero users — until I did this."
  • Primary text / script beats: (0–3s) problem: "shipped it, crickets." (3–10s) paste URL into Comestare, map generates on screen. (10–20s) "it told me my audience, my channels, my first 3 moves." (20–25s) CTA.
  • CTA: Try it free → /signup
  • Image/video brief: Real screen capture, founder voiceover, fast cuts, captions burned in. Vertical 9:16.

TARGET 4 — The Idea-Only Founder

Who: People with a business idea but no code yet — they want the whole thing done for them. Lowest volume but highest deal size (Full Build $12,000). Application-gated.

Where: Meta, TikTok, Google Search.

Audience targeting spec:

  • Google: how to build an app for my idea, turn my idea into an app, MVP development service, done for you startup.
  • Meta/TikTok interests: entrepreneurship, small business, startup ideas; age 25–50; include GCC (high done-for-you preference).

Budget & limit: Start $10/day ($300/mo). Daily cap $10. This is a low-volume, high-ticket prospecting line — judge it on booked applications, not CPL. Kill if no qualified application in 3 weeks at this spend.

Strategy: Sell the outcome (a launched business), not the code. Application form filters tire-kickers. Long sales cycle — keep spend small, lean on retargeting and the audit funnel.

Ad 4A — "From idea to launched business"

  • Title: You bring the idea. We build, launch, and market it.
  • Primary text: No code, no team, no problem. Comestare's engineers and marketers take your idea from brand and MVP to your first 90 days of growth — milestone-based, fixed scope. Apply to see if your idea's a fit.
  • CTA: Apply now → /for/founders
  • Image brief: A single gold lightbulb morphing into an app window into a rising line chart, three-step gold arc on black. Overlay: "Idea → Product → Customers."

TARGET 5 — KSA E-commerce Seller (cash track — start alongside Target 1)

Who: Salla / Zid / independent online-store owners in Saudi Arabia. The fastest cash: ROI is self-evident ("we run your ads, you get sales") and attributable. From Doc 11 §A (ranked #1 for cash).

Where: TikTok + Snapchat (prospecting) → WhatsApp (capture/close) → Meta (retargeting). Language: Khaleeji Arabic (consumer register — MSA here kills CTR).

Audience targeting spec:

  • KSA, age 22–45, interests: e-commerce, online selling, Salla/Zid, dropshipping, entrepreneurship.
  • Snapchat: KSA-wide (72.9% population reach); TikTok: KSA + shopping behaviors.

Budget & limit: Start SAR 5,000–8,000/mo (~$1,300–2,100) at the "Bootstrap" tier: ~60% TikTok/Snapchat prospecting, 25% Meta retargeting, 15% creator/UGC. Daily cap ~SAR 200–270. Planning CPL $8–25 (low confidence). Kill creative under 1% CTR after SAR 300; scale the winner. Avoid cold scaling during Ramadan (CPMs spike).

Strategy: Free lead magnet = "خطة تسويق مجانية + ٣ إعلانات لمتجرك" (free marketing plan + 3 ad creatives for your store). WhatsApp CTA → book a "نُدير إعلاناتك" (we run your ads) call → Ad Studio ($199–$1,199/mo + % of spend). See Doc 12 for the full Arabic kit.

Ad 5A — Khaleeji hook (TikTok/Snapchat)

  • Image/video brief: Vertical 9:16. A phone showing a Salla store, then ad creatives generating around it in gold; fast Khaleeji voiceover; burned-in Arabic captions (Cairo/Tajawal, RTL). Energetic, local.
  • Frames: (1) المشكلة: مبيعات واقفة · (2) الحل: إعلانات تُدار باحتراف · (3) قبل/بعد أرقام متجر · (4) "نُدير لك إعلاناتك" · (5) CTA واتساب.
  • Primary text: إدارة إعلانات احترافية لمتجرك — تصميم، نشر، وتحسين أسبوعي. ابدأ بخطة مجانية.
  • CTA: راسلنا على واتساب

TARGET 6 — KSA Local Consumer SME

Who: Restaurants, cafés, salons, beauty/derma clinics, med-spas in KSA cities. Visual businesses → cheap high-performing short video. Done-for-you fits SMEs who won't touch software. (Doc 11 §A rank #2.)

Where: Snapchat-led (footfall + reach) + TikTok; WhatsApp capture. Khaleeji for consumer, MSA for clinics/trust-critical.

Audience targeting spec: Location-targeted by city/district radius, age 18–45, interests: food/dining, beauty, fitness, local deals.

Budget & limit: Folds into the same Bootstrap KSA budget as Target 5 (run one segment at a time first). Daily cap ~SAR 150–200 per active campaign. Planning CPL $10–30 (Snapchat, low confidence).

Strategy: Offer a "تجربة إعلانية ٧ أيام مجاناً" (free 7-day ad test) → bookings/footfall → monthly Ad Studio. Location + appetite/lifestyle creative.

Ad 6A — Khaleeji (Snapchat)

  • Title: زبائن أكثر هالشهر — جرّب إعلاناتنا ٧ أيام ببلاش.
  • Primary text:
  • Image/video brief: Appetite/lifestyle vertical video (food close-ups / salon glow-up / clinic interior), local creator voiceover, gold price/offer sticker, Arabic captions.

RETARGETING (run continuously, highest ROI)

Who: Everyone who visited /audit, /signup, a /product/* or /for/* page, or started but didn't finish the audit/generator. Cheapest, highest-converting spend you have — never turn it off once traffic exists.

Where: Meta + Google Display + X. Budget: ~15–20% of total, auto-scaling with traffic. Limit: frequency cap 3–4/week.

Strategy & creatives:

  • Abandoned audit: "You started your free audit — 24 hours to your project's rescue plan. Finish it."/audit
  • Read a product page, didn't sign up: "Still thinking about finishing your app? Here's what we'd fix first."/audit
  • Social proof retarget (once real): a one-line result/testimonial card → /signup.

7. Budget, allocation & hard limits

7.1 Starting budget (Phase 1 — Validate)

TrackTargetsMonthlyDaily cap
Global core (EN)1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + retarget~$1,800~$60
KSA cash (AR)5 + 6 + retarget~SAR 5–8K (~$1,300–2,100)~SAR 200–270
Total to start~$3,100–3,900/mo

Can't do both at once? Run the global core track first (it's the company core and lowest CAC), add the KSA cash track once the audit funnel converts. Or run only the KSA track if you need cash this month.

7.2 Scaling tiers (from Doc 11)

TierTotal/moWhen
Bootstrap~$1.5–2K (one track)Validation, find real CPL/CAC
Moderate~$5–8KAfter a target proves payback < 60 days
Funded~$16–27K+Scaling winners toward the first 1,000 customers

7.3 Hard limits (the discipline that protects the money)

  • Per-creative kill: CTR < 1% after 1,000 impressions → kill the creative.
  • Per-target kill (low-ticket): cost-per-signup > $6 (Target 3) or cost-per-audit > $15 (Target 1) / $25 (Target 2) after the test cohort → pause, rework offer.
  • Per-target kill (high-ticket): no qualified booked call/application in 3 weeks at min spend → pause.
  • Scale rule: only increase budget +20–30%/week, only on ad sets with proven payback < 60 days. Never double overnight (resets learning).
  • Spend ceiling: never exceed the tier total until the previous tier's CAC is documented and profitable.
  • Seasonality: pause KSA cold prospecting during Ramadan (CPMs spike); use it for retargeting/brand only.

8. Sequencing / phasing timeline

PhaseWeeksDo this
0 — InstrumentnowInstall Meta/TikTok/Snap pixels + Google tag; UTM every link; event-track visit → audit/signup → call booked → paid. You cannot scale what you can't attribute.
1 — Validate1–4Launch Target 1 (+ retargeting) and KSA Target 5. Bootstrap budget. Find real CPL/CAC per creative.
2 — Prove5–8Add Targets 2 & 3. Kill losers, double down on the one winning creative/target. Turn on retargeting fully.
3 — Scale9–16Move proven targets to Moderate budget. Add Targets 4 & 6. Layer creators/UGC for KSA.
4 — Push17+Funded budget on winners only; expand lookalikes; agencies/white-label; GCC depth → toward 1,000 customers.

9. What to track (report weekly)

  • Per target and per creative: spend, CTR, cost-per-audit / cost-per-signup, calls booked, deals closed, CAC, payback.
  • Funnel: visit → lead → qualified → paid, by source (UTM).
  • Blended: % of leads from organic vs paid; % from KSA/Arabic; Ad Studio bookings + Services backlog.
  • The one number that decides everything: CAC vs LTV by channel. Scale where LTV:CAC > 3–4:1; cut the rest.

10. Asset checklist (what to produce before launch)

  • 3 creatives × Target 1 (1:1 + 9:16), 2 × Target 2, 2 × Target 3 (incl. 1 UGC video), 1 × Target 4 — English.
  • 2 Khaleeji creatives × Target 5 (incl. 1 screen-rec video), 1 × Target 6 (lifestyle video) — Arabic RTL.
  • Retargeting set (3 creatives).
  • WhatsApp click-to-chat + auto-reply + 4-message Arabic nurture (Doc 12).
  • /audit and /signup landing pages QA'd for the ad promise (message match).
  • Pixels + UTM + conversion events live.

Reminder: Comestare's own Ad Studio is designed to generate the image and video creatives above (and the Khaleeji copy) at near-zero marginal cost — the product manufacturing its own ads. Use it as soon as the connect-Meta flow is live (see the Meta integration notes).

Working draft. All costs/CPLs are planning estimates — validate with the first ~$300–500 per target. Trust the structure and the kill/scale limits over the exact numbers.
